Escaped from the goal in this town, the night after the 5th instant, one Solomon Bill, is about 50 years of age, about 6 feet high, wore his own black ahir, something grey, very low in flesh, and has a droll way of speaking; was committed for counterfieting money: - Had on when he went away, a brown fustian coat, blue waistcoat, black breeches, 1 pair blue stockings, and 1 pair black and white ditto, and a blue great coat. 'Tis suspected he has gone towards Middletown. Whoever will take up and return said Bill to the goal from whence he escaped, shall have TEN DOLLARS reward, paid by THOMAS ENSIGN, Goaler. Hartford, Nov. 6, 1776.
